2009...What a Year!

As I look at the past year I can truly say that God is so good! Although the year didn't bring all joys, God's faithfulness shines bright! We celebrate with Adam's dad as he is told he is disease free after a battle with cancer this past year, we welcomed Reed to our family and what a blessing he is! God has filled him with so much Joy! We also welcome another niece; Madyn and boy is she a cutie! I cherish my relationship with my sister Katie and will note that the past year was a turning point for us. I am so thankful for the way God restored that relationship! I am enjoying every moment I get with her! I am so thankful for a husband who loves the Lord, who seeks to do His will and loves me and our boys unconditionally! He is truly a blessing! I look forward to the year ahead and all that God has instore for us. As I am thinking of the many blessings God has lavished on us, I reflect on all those who have so much less or have suffered tragedy and loss this past year...most recent, the earthquake in Haiti, the loss of a 6 month of child, the loss of a husband and father. Lord shine your Peace, Love, Hope and Comfort upon all! This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it!
